FAQ

Why Rural Land?
You may already be aware of this, but many of the property owners who own do not actually live near the land they own. In fact, a minimal percentage of the properties even have structures (homes or offices) on the property. In some areas, people purchased property they were told that the area would be the “next Palm Springs” or something similarly great. Obviously this is far from the truth.
What has happened in certain areas is property owners have chosen to abandon their property, rather than pay the escalating property taxes, the value of their land has fallen.
I simply buy land in rural areas hoping the value increases and resell it at some time in the future and help people get rid of these land nightmares.
Do I expect something to happen in Rural America?
Well… No. I am not purchasing land because I expect a rural building boom or any other reason. I don’t expect a mass of people to suddenly move into isolated areas of Arizona, upstate New York, Ohio or other similar rural areas. I simply buy land in rural areas hoping the value increases and resell it at some time in the future. I am waiting for the value of the land to increase, perhaps during the next 20-30 years. I am not looking for properties to purchase because I anticipate a sharp increase in property values in the near future.
Are all closing and other costs covered when you sell your property?

Can you buy my property even if I have back taxes?
